Rules and regulations for using Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. services.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client") and Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our digital marketing services. By entering into an agreement with us, you accept these terms in full.

The Client acknowledges that all ad spend (advertising budget paid to platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the Client and is paid directly to the advertising platform. Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc.'s service fees are separate from ad spend.
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to website CMS, analytics accounts, and ad accounts required for Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. to perform its duties. Delays in providing access may result in delayed project timelines.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific proposal:
Upon full payment of all fees, the Client shall own the rights to all creative content, ad copy, and graphic assets created specifically for the Client by Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc.. Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. retains the rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing code used to deliver the services.
The Client acknowledges that Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. has no control over the policies of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). We are not responsible for:
In no event will Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the services. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, the Client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. will return all access credentials and assets to the Client upon account settlement.
These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. is registered. Remedy Computer & Web Services, Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute.
